Job Role – Mobile AC Engineer
*Working Hours – Monday-Friday / 8:00am-5:00pm
*Location – Aylesbury.
*Package – £34,000 + Van, fuel card, laptop, tablet, door to door travel & overtime.
*Reporting into – Contract Supervisor

The role.
*My client is a medium sized HVAC firm who are looking for a Mobile AC Engineering to look after a range of commercial properties, hotels & hospitals throughout the Aylesbury area.
*In this role, you will be expected to carry out PPM, service and reactive repairs on a range of commercial office space.
*Working on Air conditioning equipment including VRV's, VRF's, splits and multi split systems as well as commercial refrigeration equipment.
*Serving plant room chillers.
*Health and Safety compliance.
*Ensuring all PPM and reactive maintenance meet the contractual obligations.
*Dealing with Sub-contractors.
*Managing a busy workload.
*Providing a customer focused service
*All other relevant experience dealing with, Boilers, Pumps, Bearings, Valves, Motors, Seals, BMS, Lighting, AHU's, FCU's, VRV's, VRF's, Pressurisation Units, Generators, L8, Cooling Towers, and Asbestos etc.
*Ideal start date would be January 2021.

The successful candidate must have:
*Trade trained with at least 3 years' experience in the building services trade
*Qualified in Air Conditioning – City & Guilds levels 1&2 or NVQ Level 3
*Must have F-Gas.
*Must be well presented with good interpersonal skills as this is a client facing role.
