Methods Engineer – Required for our client as part of a Joint Venture on a geotechnical engineering and piling project for HS2. Our client are looking for a Methods Engineer with experience in the Piling, Geotechnical Engineering or Ground Engineering Sector to grow the team.

Methods Engineer Position Overview

Developing Methods and detailed plans for projects
Managing own work load
Completing project documentation
Involvement in pre -construction planning
Complete simple designs within structural and geotechnical
Check and comment on others designs
Temporary Works design coordination

Methods Engineer Position Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering or similar discipline
A masters within a Geotechnical discipline would be advantageous
Proven experience working for a Geotechnical Sub contractor
Knowledge of the Geotechnical process on site
Knowledge of Piling, Slope Stability systems and general Reinforced concrete works
Experience of working on Large infrastructure projects
Temporary Works experience would also be advantageous
UK Driving Licence

Methods Engineer Position Remuneration

Salary up to £35K
26 Days holiday + BH
37 hours per week and overtime paid
