To help and assist the Customer Programme Manager or Project Managers on assigned Contracts to ensure a full commercial service is provided within business requirements and Company Governance and aid the Project Manager to fulfil their duties as lead function. To manage and supervise the commercial function and employees within the Sector on all allocated contracts in order to ensure financial performance meets targets set out in the Business Plan, whilst maximising returns. To provide a functional responsibility and report to the Head of Commercial / Commercial Manager on commercial and contractual matters as well as providing the same to Customer Project Managers (CPM's) on all operational requirements to support the Project Manager. It is important because: The long term future of the business depends upon this performance.
Expected Outcome: To develop and maintain positive relationships internally and externally and to promote and protect the Osborne reputation whilst remaining customer focused, working with more customers that recognise and buy our value proposition.
Achievable Through: Understanding very quickly how the customer operates and works with them to meet their overall needs by tailoring our offer accordingly Building a strong relationship and taking a personal responsibility for managing key customer relationships which is sustained by checking-in on a regular basis Helping and supporting their respective teams so they submit a robust and timely Customer Final Account and support the teams in any negotiation in line with business expectation and by demonstrating Osborne values in all dealings.
