£38,000 + Van + Fuel Card + Mobile + 27 Days Holiday + 8 BH + 1/7 Call-out

Your new company

* Working for a leading FM and technical services provider.

Your new role

* Working Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 16:30, across a range of retail sites across the Ayelsbury / Oxford region.

* Maintenance, servicing, fault finding and minor repairs on a range of AC systems including VRV’s, VRF’s and splits. You will also be carrying out any general building service maintenance.

* Engaging with the customer and other stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

* You will need to hold F Gas Cat 1 as a minimum. AC & Refrigeration Level 2 – beneficial.

* Experience operating within a commercial environment within customer / client facing roles.
