Syntech Recruitment are searching for a Grinder for a precision engineering company near Aylesbury. Working on complex components, you will be tasked with working on manual and CNC cylindrical grinders, mainly Jones and Shipman's.

Grinder duties:
Working on manual Jones and Shipman cylindrical grinders
Setting, operating on CNC Jones and Shipman Grinders
Working to close tolerances from engineering drawings
Completing self-inspection of components using hand tools

Grinder Skillset
3+ years experience in working on manual/CNC grinders
Experience on Jones and Shipman grinders ideal but other grinding experience considered
Self motived, personable and keen to progress
Proven ability to work in a precision engineering environment
