Generator Service Engineer

£33,000 to £36,000  (£40,000 to £45,000 OTE) + Training + Overtime

RSD are currently working with a specialist business that have depots across the UK. The business install, service and maintain temporary & modular buildings. They offer a fantastic package with great employee incentives!

The client is looking for an engineer who has a good understanding of mechanical & electrical systems and ideally experience of Generators. You will be installing, servicing and maintaining Generators across the South East of England.

If you are an experienced generator engineer or someone looking to grow a career in the industry, please get in touch. The candidate will ideally have an NVQ or equivalent in a mechanical or electrical discipline.

The company are well known for developing engineers by their training plan, if you are strong mechanically but lack electrical knowledge they will plan and train you on skill gaps.

Role & Responsibilities:

Carry out planned service and maintenance of customer’s generators.
Lease with external departments and customers.
Service, fault find and carry out breakdown repairs.
Carry our site surveys when required.
Comply with companies Health and Safety policy
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Must have a strong customer focus.
Experience with mechanical/electrical engineering or diesel fitting.
Benefits Package:

Salary £35,000 basic salary
OTE £40,000 + £45,000
Overtime available
