Orion are currently looking for an experienced Gas Operations Manager

Home Based but travel into our office in Aylesbury at least once a week

Duties to include

* Lead, coach and mentor our field of smart meter engineers.

* Dealing with issues relating to Attendance, sickness, leavers, new starters and day to day technical support.

* Working with the engineers to ensure they work to meet industry standards and requirements.

* Interviewing and supporting new engineers in the field

* We cover Nationwide so flexibility with travel will be needed

* Working closely with our office support team

* Speaking with our clients on a day to day basis

Salary upto £50k
