Field Service Engineer (Coffee)
Salary – Up to £28k (OTE £32k) + Company Vehicle + 25 days holiday + Pension + other Company benefits
Location – Aylesbury
Marble Talent Group are currently working with one of the largest and most successful companies within the Coffee industry searching for Field Service Engineers to work on a range of coffee equipment to cover their Aylesbury customers.
The Role
* Working on coffee equipment in a wide variety of locations, from high-end restaurants to hotels and fast-food chains.
* Carry out a range of coffee equipment repair and preventative maintenance tasks from fault finding to diagnosis.
* Ensuring first time fix rate and customer satisfaction meets agreed specification.
* Keep in good working order all tools, equipment and vehicles supplied by the company, reporting any faults, breakages, or equipment failures to your line manager daily.
The Ideal Candidate
* A confident attitude with a passion for customer service,
* An excellent understanding of coffee quality and associated equipment
* Strong problem-solving skills with an electrical mechanical background
* Computer literate
* Clean driving license.
Field Service Engineers are also expected to have a flexible approach to work, location and hours.
The candidate will bring a smile to the workplace, have a great attitude, and bring the best service possible to customers.
