Engineering Manager. Are you interested in working for a global manufacturer with a turnover of over 3 billion euros? Engineering Manager main purpose of role:

* Ensure all Engineering & Maintenance activities comply with safety and regulatory requirements.

* Develop a motivated and skilled team with safety and customer focus as their key priorities.

* Deliver a robust equipment maintenance plan in line with Corporate and regional frameworks.

* Represent company to the Customer for all facility infrastructure and equipment matters.

* Maintain a proactive and integral role within the site management group.

Engineering Managers, what do we need you to bring to the role?

* Experience of leading and managing in a multi-disciplined FMCG engineering environment

* A good understanding of electronics, PLC / automation systems and their functionality.

* Proven problem-solver, able to lead others through the diagnosis and root cause identification phases.

* Experience of training, developing and motivating a team to achieve goals, targets and relevant KPI’s.

* Health and Safety knowledge coupled with an ability to ensure a safe working environment.

* Experience of managing, planning and controlling the site Engineering budget ideally with some CAPEX exposure.

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, permanent days
