Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a national utility company operating within the private sector.

They have full-time service & repair positions available for domestic gas engineers in the Aylesbury, Amersham & High Wycombe areas.

Salary: £32,540 to £34,900 DOE plus overtime & monthly bonus OTE £45,000 to £50,000

The Role:

* Servicing boilers and gas appliances in domestic properties.

* Fault finding and repairs on central heating systems.

The Package:

* 40 hours per week

* Local work

* Overtime paid at time and a third (133%)

* Productivity bonus scheme – points-based system generated by

* Completing work efficiently

* Completing more jobs per day

* Maintaining a high level of customer feedback

* Working overtime

* Call out paid £25.00 standby per shift plus overtime rate (133%) door to door.

* Flexible call out with the ability to swap shifts with other engineers.

* Fully stocked van with all tools supplied.

The Candidate:

* Strong technical knowledge with experience in fault-finding diagnostics and repairs.
