Junior Customer Success Consultant – Pre-Sales
Location: Aylesbury based
Good Basic salary plus excellent bonus and benefits package
Our Pre-Sales Team are looking for a Junior Customer Success Consultant to provide technical guidance to support the sales process. They will be using their knowledge of ArcGIS to help our new and existing customers optimize the benefits they get from their Esri package.

The Position
Reporting to a Senior Customer Success Consultant, as a Junior Customer Success Consultant your key responsibilities will be to:
* Become an ArcGIS evangelist, showcasing its latest capabilities, increasing usage and adoption and helping to progress sales opportunities
* Demonstrate how Esri technology can help solve real-world problems
* Provide technical input, including demonstrations, presentations and sales materials to support client meetings
* Author blog entries, white papers, online resources and documents on best working practice for ArcGIS and associated technology
* Assist marketing campaigns and events by providing clear benefits of working with ArcGIS
* Collaborate with other departments and colleagues as required, sharing your expertise.
About you
This would be a great career move if you are looking for a customer facing role that allows you to showcase your ArcGIS knowledge and you have:
* Have a good knowledge of the ArcGIS Platform and Esri UK product portfolio combined with some customer facing experience ideally – we are however happy to consider someone with less experience and the right skills
* Have a degree in GIS or Computer Science, or other technical qualifications combined with equivalent experience or a desire to start a career in GIS
* Are articulate and confident dealing with both new and existing customers
* Have good presentation skills, both written and verbal
* Are flexible and can manage your time and workload effectively, enjoying the challenge of completing new assignments often at short notice
* Have a UK driving licence and are willing to travel (some UK travel will be required once we are able to visit our customers again).
* Are currently living in the United Kingdom and have unrestricted entitlement to work here
* All our roles will require successful candidates to undergo security clearances.
The location
Whilst you will initially work from home, once they are open again you will be based at least some days every week at our head office in Aylesbury. Our office is easy to reach by both public transport and car and is within a short walk of central shopping and dining areas.
