Passionate about helping offenders/ex-offenders re-integrate back into society? Do you have experience of managing staff? Looking for a home-based role (with some travelling as and when needed)? Then this might be for you.
You will be joining a successful organisation that delivers a specialist contract helping offenders/ex-offenders re-integrate back into society.
You will look after the Thames Valley and Hampshire area – managing a team of 8 staff designated within the community and in-custody.
Apart from good staff management skills e.g. staff support, performance management, goal setting – you will also need to be target-driven, pro-active, have good time-management skills, and a people-person able to engage with different stakeholders.
You will also need to have a keen eye for detail when it comes to processing paperwork (very important).
To apply, you must have a solid experience of managing staff within the employment services sector or within the criminal justice sector.
