A-Rec Education are working with a number of Primary schools, within Aylesbury who require experienced Teaching Assistants to join their team on long term supply.

We are currently looking for experienced Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants for 1:1 roles working with children with various SEND needs including ASD.

Experience of working with a child with SEND needs at Primary level is vital. Both full time and part time roles available.

The requirements:

As the successful Teaching Assistant you will need to;

* Have a Level 2/Level 3 NVQ or a minimum of 6 months experience in working within the classroom as a Teaching Assistant

* Be engaging and flexible if needed

* Able to deal with challenging behaviour

* Have a patient, creative approach

* Be able to use your own initiative as well as being able to work as part of a team
