Teaching Assistant
We are working with An Academy in Buckinghamshire. It is a cutting edge and transformational organisation for students with ASC and SEMH, currently spanning three campuses, with two secondary schools and one primary school.
The academy wants to appoint a dynamic and inspirational Senior Assistant Teacher for this rapidly expanding trust. We are looking for someone with presence and excellent interpersonal skills, who wants to develop professionally.
You will work closely with the teachers to enhance the learning experience of a small group of students in a classroom setting and undertake one to one mentoring and support. You will act as cover supervisor in the event of teacher absence, lead a team of Assistant Teachers and have a range of other responsibilities.
