Simply Education are looking for Primary school Teaching Assistants who are looking for roles in the Aylesbury area and have experience working with SEN pupils.

We work closely with a number of schools in the local area and there is a frequent need for support staff for teaching assistant and Special Needs teaching assistant roles.

A lot of these roles are 5 days-a-week as you would be building relationships with pupils, especially if this 1 to 1 work. Roles in schools could turn permanent as the need for specialist teaching assistants is important at this time of the year.

The Requirements:

As the successful Teaching Assistant you will need to;
– Have a recognised Teaching Assistant Qualification
– Have experience working in a school
– Have strong classroom management skills
– Be able to deal with challenging behaviour and a creative approach is necessary
– Be able to use your own initiative and work as part of a team.
