We are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to work in partnership with our associate school based in the heart of Aylesbury. Could this be you?
This unique special needs school caters for children between the ages of 11 – 19 with mild to severe learning needs. Aiming to provide a specialised learning experience for each child, our partner school has a dedicate sensory play area designed to increase productivity and emotional well-being.
At this school, cultural development is interwoven throughout their curriculum and all pupils are encouraged to participate towards their learning. To fulfil their requirements and ensure that they can provide the best possible care to pupils, our partner school is looking to expand their workforce.

This role is dedicated to a SEN Teaching Assistant who can work with us to guarantee the safeguarding of vulnerable children. You will need to be able to commit to a full time, long term employment, with the possibility of becoming a permanent member of staff
The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will:
Have previous experience working with students with special Learning Needs
Have an updated DBS or be willing to pay for a new one
Be available to work ASAP and commute easily to Aylesbury
Be supportive and understanding of pupils with special education needs and be willing to play an active role in their learning
