In return for your experience of nurturing and leading a team, your ability to successfully prioritise workload and provide outstanding customer satisfaction, and your passion for all things early years, we are offering you a pay rate of £14.31-£15.85 per hour.

Main Responsibilities
Through positive interaction, purposeful engagement and role modelling of best practice, you will inspire the team to deliver against all aspects of the EYFS and statutory requirements, ensuring the individual needs of every child in the care of the nursery are met
Working in partnership with the Nursery Manager, you will contribute towards appropriate staff supervision and performance development reviews in-line with company policies and procedures to ensure colleagues are mentored and fully supported to achieve and progress in their roles and careers
You will engage in activities to support the Nursery Manager, Area Manager and Regional Director to promote the nursery and the wider partnership for purposes of maintaining targeted occupancy and revenue. You will facilitate parent tours and settling-in sessions, ensuring the very best first impression of our company. In addition, you will support with interviews, compliance and inductions for new staff, actively liaising with HR to ensure staff retention is successfully managed
You will respectfully engage with parents, colleagues and external professionals, including OFSTED, in order to successfully work in partnership to uphold children's well-being and levels of outstanding care. You will sensitively discuss any concerns and utilise the expertise of the appropriate Head Office support function to achieve a favourable outcome
