I am working with a friendly and caring Secondary school based in Aylesbury who are looking for a Qualified Maths Teacher to start with them as soon as possible.

This position is a LT role until July 2022, for the right candidate this could be a full time role, permanent position starting from September 2022.

They are well known for high academic standards, good behaviour, and their strong community spirit including a strong house system with students leading their peers. "Pupils have a positive attitude towards their work and enjoy learning".

They are seeking to appoint a qualified teacher of Mathematics who has a real enthusiasm for the subject and who is capable of teaching across all Key Stages. The post would equally suit a newly qualified or experienced teacher who has obtained a good degree in Mathematics or transferable discipline.

The position is to start ASAP.

Roles and Responsibilities

Deliver a high standard of teaching to Key Stage 3-5
Have excellent communication skills
Maintaining lesson planning and preparation
Checking and assessing school work
Monitoring extracurricular activities

Qualifications needed
Qualified Teacher Status or overseas equivalent
Experienced in teaching Science at Key Stages 3-5
