Primary Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – PRU (Pupil Referral Unit)

Salary: £15,500 – Term time only

Hours: 35 hours per week 8:30am to 3:30pm

A full-time term time only opportunity has become available for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a sought-after primary Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire from September 2021. The ideal candidate will be looking for a temporary to permanent arrangement although the school are flexible.

This Primary school has state of the art classroom equipment. As well as local access to public transport facilities and staff parking.

Responsibilities

* Working closely 1-1 and in group with children that have special needs

* Managing behaviour whilst encouraging and promoting positive learning methods

Requirements

* Experience of leading child-based activities

* Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to process one
