Welcoming dedicated new people into our business who have a passion for delivering excellence is key to our continued success. Warehouse Supervisor role This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of our local logistics team in the newly created fulfilment centre. Reporting to the Ecopac Operations Manager, you shall be responsible for the day to day supervision of the fulfilment centre and you will be expected to lead by example in carrying out the full range of duties required within the warehouse. You will supervise the Fulfilment staff and deputise for the operations manager in their absence. Our warehouse teamwork 42.5 hours a week across Monday to Friday. Standard working hours for our supervisor role are: 7:00am-4:00pm Monday to Friday, but we could consider an 8am-5pm working pattern for the right candidate (and we do of course, ask for flexibility in line with business requirements). Warehouse Supervisor Key Duties
Giving instruction to and supervising performance of warehouse colleagues to ensure tasks are completed effectively and within timescales required
Receive, inspect, and unload supplier deliveries
Pick, load, and dispatch goods
Receive and process customer/supplier returns
Stock-taking
Deal directly with customers, ensuring high standards of customer service at all times
Maintain company standards in line with O-licence & Health & Safety procedure
Cost effective scheduling of deliveries to customers via Company vehicles or outside carriers to achieve a 24/48-hour delivery service (including route planning via use of Paragon software)
Ensuring paperwork is processed onto the system accurately and timely

 Do you have the correct profile? We welcome applications from self-motivated warehouse/logistics operatives whohave valid forklift licences (reach & counterbalance) coupled with some previous experience of staff supervision. You will be expected to act as a first aider at work and have a hand on occasions in route planning for vehicles/customer deliveries (training can be provided in both aspects if required). It is imperative that you have a strong work-ethic with a flexible ‘can do’ attitude. Also crucial is a strong customer-focus with the ability to interact positively with our customers.
