Our client based in Aylesbury is currently recruiting an experienced Warehouse Operative to join them on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well established and stable business based centrally in Aylesbury.

Duties would include:

* Goods In/ Out

* local deliveries along with materials control/supply to production.

* Packing and despatch of finished goods.

* Liaising with Couriers meeting delivery deadlines.

* Receiving goods in, manual handling, unloading lorries with forklift and by hand.

* Local Deliveries and stock transfer from remote warehouse – Transit Van.

* General stores admin, stock control and stock counting along with locating stock, dealing with discrepancies.

* H&S Training

Candidates considered will have relevant experience including pump truck, be computer literate, basic data entry and be able to work at height & be comfortable with hands on manual work.

Forklift (Counter Balance and or Reach Truck) would be advantageous but is not necessarily required and the company will provide training.

The ideal person will be thorough with an eye for detail and good numeracy standard.

Applicants must be 23+ for van driving purposes with a maximum 3 points on Driving Licence.

Hours are 08:30-17:00 Monday to Friday, optional regular overtime, weekly paid.

Salary on offer is between £11.00 – £12.00 per hour which equates to an annual salary of between £22k – £24k DOE.
