Life as a Warehouse Manager

Our Logistics Team aims to organise the storage and distribution of our amazing products. How? By ensuring that the right products are delivered to the right location on time and at a good cost. The Logistics department is also involved in stock control, warehousing and monitoring the flow of goods.

Our teams work really hard to send our products across the globe making sure that our customers receive their goods when expected and the brand experience starts from the moment they open the box.

Often faced with enormous challenges of time constraints or market-smashing growth, the team prides itself in making the impossible possible. Everyone in the team is a problem-solver and you'll never hear the phrase "cannot be done". We'll be almost doubling in size this year and will soon be upscaling to a brand new innovation centre with one of the most technological skincare suited labs, large and impressive manufacturing rooms and a top efficient distribution site.

As a Warehouse Manager your mission will be to drive overall profitability and outstanding customer satisfaction by ensuring an efficient and organised warehouse at all times.

It's a great opportunity for someone with a cheerful, flexible outlook who wants to be part of a close-knit team and grow with the company. We trust our people to work independently and figure things out for themselves and so it's important that you are a quick learner and work well without close supervision.

Your role in detail:

Manage, motivate and develop the warehouse team to operational success, in line with agreed KPIs

*

Manage the accuracy, availability and efficiency of the stock storage and movements ensuring compliance with both GMP and customer lead times

*

Ensure costs are minimised and the logistics functions run to a lean standard

*

Ensure the sustainability goals of the company are being developed and met at all times

*

Follow a culture of H&S compliance and efficiency

*

Interact closely with other functions within the business to ensure smooth operational effectiveness

*

Monitor, measure and ensure continued high levels of service to the customer

Previous experience as a Warehouse Manager in a fast-paced retail environment

*

Effective Team management skills

*

First-class communication skills to interact at all levels

*

Proactive, with a ‘can-do’ attitude and ability to use own initiative

Proven track record of implementing lean principles

The ability to work under pressure and to set deadlines
