Coach Driver – PCV – Spider is advertising for a PCV Coach Driver on behalf of a family-run business who have been providing quality coach hire for over 30 years. They pride themselves on their reliable and friendly service and require a full-time PCV Coach Driver to join their brilliant team based in Tring, Hertfordshire.

As a PCV Coach Driver, you will be comfortably transporting fantastic customers on their days out and tours, private group travel, and educational excursions. You’ll get to know some of them by name, and some of them will know you on first name terms too! And where they don’t, we’re relying on you to give them a fantastic journey to remember with your focus on all thing’s customer service.

You’ll need to operate the coach safely of course, but they offer to support you with a robust and friendly induction process. If that’s not enough, you’ll be part of an incredible family and one of the region's greatest business success stories, driving us forward (sorry about the pun!) to even bigger success. You’ll have the ability to do all things coach, from driving our pupils to school, taking our local schools on educational visits, our local retirement groups for a day trip and our corporate clients to events as well as driving our program of day trips & holidays. No job is too big or small for you.

As a Coach Driver with this amazing family organisation, you will need to hold a clean PCV licence and CPC Card, as well as a can-do attitude, ambition to be the best at what you do, and a friendly, welcoming, and outgoing personality.

On offer is a fantastic working environment, with a guaranteed minimum of 40 hours per week. Salary is up to £12.50 per hour. You will also benefit from a clear pay scale and structure in place to reward performance, full uniform, and paid training to keep those CPC cards up to date.
