Superb customer service skills are required but ideally someone with experience as a senior manager or a manager looking for slightly less responsibility.
It is a fast past role, so you must have excellent multi-tasking skills, good communication skills, show initiative and be flexible.

Hours are 9-5pm Monday to Friday but will need to be flexible as in most job roles.
