I am looking for an internal sales co-ordinator for a distribution company based in Aylesbury
I am currently working with a national distribution company, who are looking to add an additional internal sales co-ordinator to their existing team.
The role will involve but will not be limited to:
* Dealing with incoming calls and emails
* Arranging pick ups and deliveries of products
* Diary management
* Checking of costs and stock quantities
* Generating and issuing pricing and quotes for orders
* Liaising with internal departments and employees
* Handling multiple jobs at one time
* Checking in with customers regarding deliveries
* A good attention to detail
* Excellent telephone manner
* The ability to 'think on your feet' and problem solve quickly
The role is based from my clients office based in Aylesbury there is free parking on site, canteen and kitchen facilities, and various company incentives
The working hours are 8.00am – 5pm Monday – Friday and the starting salary is £22,000-£25,000 per annum, with potential annual performance bonus.
