A great opportunity has arisen with our client who are looking to recruit a number of Insurance Claims Technicians
Previous experience working in claims is not essential. They will provide extensive training so you can fulfil the role.
They also provide external qualifications through the Chartered Insurance Institute once you have completed your initial period with them
You will be part of a growing team handling property claims across our extensive client portfolio. They pride themselves on providing excellent customer satisfaction to their clients and are looking for people who are passionate about providing a quality service. Your duties will include:
• Claims Handling
• Ensuring communication between all key stakeholders on the claim
• Validation of costs
• Ensuring service levels are adhered to
• Acting as a key contact to the claimant
• Co-ordinating the different parties involved in the repairs
