Are you an experienced Resource Planning Manager who is confident working with and implementing Dialler systems? If so, my client based in Aylesbury is looking for YOU to join their friendly and supportive team.

You will be responsible for managing multiple campaigns utilising various dialling strategies and the in-depth planning, reporting and analysis to ensure all members of the team are kept updated with the relevant requirements on an ongoing basis. Providing relevant and timely information to stakeholders, whilst also managing all aspects of agent adherence, ensuring maximum agent utilisation.

Main Responsibilities & Duties:

Optimise revenue through innovative strategies and development and creation of new campaigns
Implement positive changes to improve contact rate, talk time and campaign productivity
Ensure that all contact strategy decisions remain compliant
Leadership of the Workforce Planning function to provide accurate capacity plans
Create and review reporting for all systems across the contact arena offering reports, suggestions and feedback
Real time management of dialler and outbound data effectiveness
Attend training, meetings, and company eventsThe successful candidate must have a proven track record of dialler and contact centre systems, including the plan and implementation of a Telephony platform. High level of analytical skills, computer literacy and attention to detail is essential.
