Our client is a leading development and global manufacturer of products that are used throughout life science research. Their products are used across all markets including, academia, biotech, government, and pharmaceutical laboratories.

Due to a growth in workload, they are now looking to recruit a Customer Support Scientist to join their busy team. This position will involve:

First Line Customer Support

Providing first point of contact for customers and colleagues seeking technical support with software or hardware questions. You will need strong customer service and administration skills. Good communication is essential along with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once. Full training will be given on their products along with support provided from other colleagues.

Demonstration Laboratory Management

You will be responsible for managing and ordering stock and getting the laboratory ready for client demonstrations.

To be considered for this position you will need to have:

A Life Sciences Degree
Strong communication skills
Microsoft office experience
Strong organisational skillsPrevious laboratory experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
