Selective Recruitment Solutions Ltd have registered an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Executive. The ideal candidate will be a superb communicator with strong customer service skills and have experience working within a call centre.
Job role: Customer Service Executive
Location: Aylesbury
Salary: £8.72 per hour
Contract: Temporary-Permanent
Working days: Monday-Friday
Hours: 40
Start date: ASAP
What you will be doing as a Customer Service Executive:
To be primary contact to respond, resolve and input customer enquiries, complaints, bookings, payments and cancellations in an accurate and professional manner
Perform follow up calls on customer enquiries, complaints and orders when requested to assure follow-through, completion and satisfaction
Support and manage customers' requests through internal system processes
To prioritise daily work flow based on customer and business requirements
Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and services
Undertake any other reasonable tasks as required to support the business
To be a successful Customer Service Executive you will need to:
Have experience working within customer services in a call centre environment – this is essential
Have prior exposure resolving customer complaints
Possess excellent communications skills both written and verbal
To have a professional and friendly telephone manner
The ability to remain calm under pressure
IT literate MS Office Word and Outlook
Although this role is currently working remotely, once government restrictions have been lifted you will be required to work at their offices. Therefore, please only apply if you live within Buckinghamshire.
