Selective Recruitment Solutions Ltd have registered an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Executive. The ideal candidate will be a superb communicator with strong customer service skills and have experience working within a call centre.
Job role: Customer Service Executive
Location: Home based, but will be based in Aylesbury in the future
Salary: £8.72 per hour
Contract: Temp-Perm, Monday – Friday (40 Hour week)
Primary duties;
To provide a professional and efficient service to customers responding to day to day queries
Support and manage customers requests through internal system processes
To prioritise daily work flow based on customer and business requirements
Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and services
Undertake any other reasonable tasks as required to support the businessThe ideal candidate will have;
Experience within customer services in a call centre environment – this is essential
Good written and verbal communication skills
Able to remain calm under pressure
