An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced customer service advisor to join a growing business with an excellent reputation in Aylesbury. This is initially a 12 month contract, offering flexible working of three office days and two working from home, potential for full remote work from home, also offering a fantastic basic salary of £21,000per annum.

In this customer service role you will respond to customer queries including customers renewing their contracts. You will be a confident individual who prides themself of the level of service they provide. You will be an experienced customer service advisor who has potentially worked with retentions or complaints previously. Working hours include shifts either 9-5 or 10-6 and just 1 in 4 Saturdays, with additional day off given for a Saturday morning worked.

Responsibilities included in this Customer Service role are:

* Answer all Customer incoming calls efficiently, professionally and at all times

* Handle all retention & renewal calls, both inbound and outbound,

* Support and advise Sales and Customer Service agents with complex queries.

* Bene an escalation point for complex queries and carry out required investigations to find satisfactory resolution

* Respond to customer enquiries appropriately, ensuring all documentation is professional and accurate

* Handle any calls that overflow from Sales or Customer Service to maintain required service levels

* Deal with and attempt to resolve customer complaints

Skills/Experience to be successful in this customer service role are:

* Good organisational and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

* Computer literate (MS Office) with keyboard skills

* Confident in communicating clearly both verbal and written form

* Able to work independently and as part of a team

* Takes ownership by using Initiative and problem solving

* Enthusiastic and with a passion to achieve positive results

* Ability to cope well under pressure with determination and perseverance
