Our Client, a local manufacturer and supplier of high specification contemporary garden buildings is looking to employ a Customer Care Advisor on a permanent basis. Formed back in 2006, and have since installed over 2000 buildings ranging from home offices, to art studios, to a range of commercial projects (i.e. schools & Charities)
Due to the continued growth of the company and exciting future plans, they have a varied and challenging position available supporting their customer care department. Initially, the role will purely be admin focused, but there is scope for wider opportunities for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities:
* Providing support to the customer care and sales team by issuing sales orders
* Managing customer accounts and responding to customer enquiries from the web, email and telephone.
Skills & Experience:
* Previous Customer Care experience in a customer-facing role
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to multi-task, work quickly and manage a varying workload
* IT savvy and demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Degree in relevant subject preferred (i.e. business), but not essential
* Clean UK driving license and own transport
* Monthly bonus scheme
Hours & Environment:
* Salary: £18,500 -£20,000 pa (dependent upon skills and experience)
* Monthly paid bonus (Est £1,500 per annum)
* 20 days paid holiday plus all statutory bank holidays. You will gain an additional 1 day holiday for every year worked at the company (maximum of 3 additional days)
* 40 hours per week, 9-5pm Monday to Friday, half hour lunch break.
* This role involves working 1 Saturday shift in every 5 (this is paid at an additional hourly rate)
