Customer Advisor – Kennel Club 6 months FTC
Work from home initially then Aylesbury offices

We may have a pawtastic role for you if you're a dog lover!
You’ll be part of a busy and vibrant team, supporting the department’s vision and standards, using your excellent communication skills with a positive proactive outlook. Taking ownership and responsibility for your own learning outcomes. The position will require building rapport and speaking at tempo, which drives our customer service.
Customer Advisor Responsibilities:
Working within the busy Contact Centre team, you will be required to provide excellent customer service to our extensive client base, produce accurate data, with the ability to link and promote our products, while educating our customers and endorsing our core values.
To work flexibly within the Contact Centre team, in line with our Key Performance Indicators and deadlines
To answer inbound calls, with strong verbal skills, looking to build lasting relationships, enhancing the customer experience
To work with a Customer Relationship Management System
To have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Contract type: 6 month Fixed Term Contract
Hours: 35 (9-5 Monday to Friday)
Salary: £19,200
