Apex Search & Selection have been retained by a leading manufacturer of Pumping Equipment & Process Systems to strengthen the contracts department with the addition of an experienced Contracts Manager.

You will be responsible for overseeing contracts ranging from £1,500 to in excess of £1,000,000 and ideally have experience of working with the Water Utilities such as Thames and Welsh Water.

You will:

* Lead on contract negotiations and implementation of contract variations as required

* Provide contract-related issue resolution to any arising disputes or escalations with suppliers

* Ensure that all processes followed are in line with legislation and company policies and are auditable with key documents, information and communications confidentially stored

* Complete contract close-out, reviewing contracts for extension or renewal, and assisting procurement teams where applicable for re-procurement Ensure legal compliance of contracts

* Procure the hardware and liaise with the production team to ensure the customer receives quality equipment to the required specification
