We are looking for a Working Foreman who holds a SSSTS and First Aid ticket to work on a project in the Northampton area. The projects are small extension and refurbishment works on residential properties, value up to 150,000. You will be overseeing the site and workers and also be able to jump on the tools and help where needed. This is ongoing temporary work and will be reporting to the Director and the ideal person for this role will have excellent client facing skills due to the nature of the works
