The THOMAS Recruitment Group is recruiting on behalf of a national

client; we are seeking a Training Officer to conduct inductions and

deliver training across different sites.

The ideal candidate will have a construction background and already

have many years of experience in delivering training and

carrying out inductions on different sites.

In return, the successful candidate will receive a basic salary of

£30,000 – £35,000, a Company car, laptop, and a phone.

Job duties:

* Carry out operator assessments on customer sites

* Deliver company basic training across all sites

* Produce and deliver training and briefing material

* Liaising with external training organisations

* Ensure all employees are adequately trained

* Design and maintain the company induction and training programme

* Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and multitask

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Strong IT skills, experience in working with Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Essential requirements:

* Flexibility to travel Nationwide as required

* Full UK Driving licence
