Training Officer

Salary: Up to £30k dependent upon experience, Company Car, Lap top, Mobile

Based: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire

Travel to Crane Hire depots and customer sites will be part of this role

My client is a well established and reputable heavy lifting crane hire company that has been trading for over 60 years. They now require a training officer. Applications from ex-military backgrounds, or logistics backgrounds, or construction backgrounds are particularly welcome.

* Carry out operator crane assessments on customer sites.
* Managing the company training matrix
* Deliver company basic training across all Crane Hire sites.
* Produce and deliver training and briefing material
* Liaising with external training organisations
* Ensure all employees are adequately trained
* Design and maintain the company induction and training programme

* Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and multitask

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong IT skills, experience in working with Word / Excel and Power Point.
* Flexibility to travel
* Full UK Driving licence
