A leading housing developer is urgently looking for a Site Manager to oversee a housing project in Aylesbury.
The project consists of all traditional build housing, superstructure as well as 1st fix through to final completion.
The Site Manager will be overseeing the project and reporting directly to the build manager.
Candidates must have extensive housing experience with volume developers as well as experience in delivering plots from first fix to completion.
If you don't have the necessary housing experience, you will not be considered for the role.
CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid essential.
The role starts week commencing next week, week commencing 8th March
