Position: Site Manager – DDA Adaptions / Social Housing Refurbishment – Aylesbury, Bucks

Location: Aylesbury, Bucks

Site Manager required for DDA Adaptions on a Social Housing Refurbishment contract in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.

Within DDA Adaptions, works consist of installing ramps, new steps, grab rails, door widening, kitchen and bathroom adjustments, wheelchair lifts, wet rooms and accessible heating and lighting controls.

The successful individual will work as a number 1 on site and report to a visiting Contracts Manager. You will be responsible for managing trades, ensuring programme is maintained safely and be responsible for managing a Resident Liaison Officer.

Proven experience of working on affordable housing contracts is essential, along with a full 1st aid certificate, SMSTS Certificate and a CSCS Card.
