Fawkes & Reece are working with a leading UK House builder, in assisting them with recruiting of a Site Manager, for their large residential development in Aylesbury. You will be working on a residential phase consisting of 50 units, all traditional build construction.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Senior Site manager on-site, out on site and assisting with documentation in the office, managing works and sub-contractors on site. You will predominantly be focusing on internals, taking units from groundworks through to completion.

Candidates must have experience working on Traditional build developments, alongside having to of worked for a high volume UK House builder.

You must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Cert and will be a Permanent role. Start date is immediately.
