My client is a family run residential developer, operating in the luxury end of the market. They need an experienced "no1" Site Manager to do a period of holiday cover on a site in Aylesbury from Wed 24th Feb to Friday 5th March.

Details of the role are as follows:

There are 31 houses under construction, at different stages of build
The role requires a strong, stand alone Site Manager who has experience in all stages of traditional build, residential construction on HOUSES
At least 5 years experience in a similar role is required.
You will have managed a multi unit scheme of this size previously and will have experience of working for a major developer or contractor
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certs are required
A day of handover with the Site Manager will be provided
