V7 Recruitment has a fantastic opportunity with one of our Main contractors, a New Build Modular construction company at the forefront of the industry. The first project will be located in Aylesbury.

Ideal Candidate:

– Experienced within the role of Site Manager & Construction Management
– Confident passing Security Clearance
– Ideally experience working on high security projects; MOD or MOJ
– Preferred previous experience in Modular construction
– Focussed on Quality standards and Health and Safety compliance
– Personable and able to build great relationships with subcontractors

Duties:

– Organising Site Inductions and preparing daily schedules.
– Directly reporting to Project Manager & liaising with subcontractors to ensure the programme is being followed to precise requirements
– Completing Health & Safety walk-arounds
– Reviewing method statements & completing regular Risk Assessments
– Supervising Subcontractors to ensure the highest quality is being delivered and ensure all the Health & Safety Regulations are being implemented
– Finishing & Snagging
