My client are a reputable main contractor that work on custodial projects across the UK. They are now looking for a Site Manager to work on a new scheme in the Aylesbury area.

Ideal Candidate:

* Previous experience working on high security projects eg.Nuclear, MOJ or MOD.

* Previous security clearance.

* Excellent at building relationships with subcontractors

* Previous experience working on modular build projects would be beneficial but not essential.

Duties will include:

* Reporting to a site based Project Manager.

* Managing the site from groundworks through to completion.

* Managing site teams and all health & safety on site

* Updating weekly construction programmes

* Leading site meetings, inductions and toolbox talks

* Managing all site resources and reporting on all site activities

* Ensuring a high quality of workmanship that is compliant with specifications
