This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established developer and work alongside some the industries greats and gain a wealth of knowledge and experience.

As a business they build traditional houses and flats so having an all-rounded knowledge and experience would be preferable.
You will be reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager and supported by an Assistant Site Manager. Your daily duties will be to make sure the site is running as smooth as possible and that Health and Safety is being monitored as this is paramount.
Ensuring that all trades are completing works to a high specification and to program at all times.
