JOB TITLE: Site Manager
LOCATION: Aylesbury
SALARY: £(Apply online only) Per Day (Ltd)

My Aylesbury based client is currently recruiting for a Site Manager to join them on a prison project for an initial 6 month contract but this role is likely to go on longer.

THE ROLE
* Fire Safety Improvements & General Alarm Replacement
* Male CAT B Prison. Site will be occupied throughout & each block decanted in sequence for works to be completed.
* Contract Value Approx £15m

SCOPE
* 6nr House Blocks, 1 Hospital Block and approx. 15nr ancillary buildings.

WORKS CONTENT
Site General/ All Buildings
* 1500m of new site wide underground duct network including 72nr new Inspection Chambers
* Replace all Fire Alarms
* Replace all General Alarm

6 House Blocks & Hospital Blocks (Additional Works)
* General & Emergency Lighting Replacements
* Passive Fire Protection – Wall upgrades, fire stopping, new smoke shafts etc, approx. 320 fire door replacements

6 House Blocks (Additional Works)
* Night Sanitation/Cell Call Replacement
* Mechanical Smoke Extract Ventilation
* Fixed Cell Fire Suppression Systems
* Portable Fire Hose Reel Systems
* Fire Suppression Tank Compounds – 8nr
* Back up Generator Compounds/Switch Rooms – 2nr
* New external stair towers for maintenance access/Fire Escape – 8nr

* Must be able to obtain security clearance as this role will be based within a prison
