I am proud to announce that Fawkes and Reece are working with one of the UK's leading house builders as they are looking to bring in an experienced Senior Site Manager to join their growing business.

As a leading UK residential developer, they have been recognised for their stunning build quality and exceptional level of service to customers and homeowners.

Through recent success they have acquired a number of sites around the Buckinghamshire. They are looking for a manager that can act as a No1 and take the lead on a scheme of 70 units comprising of 2-3 and 4 bed traditional built houses. You will be reporting in to a visiting Contracts Manager and supported by an Assistant Site Manager.

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Senior Site Manager or a No1 Site Manager on a large traditional build scheme and looking for the next step in their career.
You must be able to demonstrate leadership qualities and have a stable career to date. Coming from either a trade background or degree qualified.

As a business they provide training programs to ensure their managers have the opportunity to develop their knowledge and further their career. They have a solid pipeline of work in their order book which will provide security moving forward at this time of uncertainty.
