You will be joining an fast paced residential developer on a brand new site based in Buckinghamshire. With a proven track record of delivering units on time and they are seeking someone to work on their flagship development. Having established a reputation for building homes, they are seeking to add to their site management team. You will be responsible for driving a large and complex from groundworks to handover and the development will consist of 2, 3, 4- & 5-bedroom houses and flats.
As Senior Site Manager, you will benefit from a proactive office team who actively support the developments and site team making sure that information is shared effectively throughout the build programme. You would be in control of the whole development and will lead the site management and trades & labour teams with passion to actively improve processes.
