With almost 4 decades of trading history, this building services consultancy has forged an excellent reputation for the design of electrical, mechanical, refrigeration and other specialist services where M&E packages are required.

Due to growth within the company, we are looking to source a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join their Buckinghamshire based team. The engineer will need to be fully conversant in all aspects of mechanical design associated with building services and demonstrate comprehensive experience of major project design in mechanical engineering.

Must haves:

* Proven knowledge of district or large heating systems

* Proven understanding of integrated design in buildings

* Ability to deliver projects from inception to completion

* Operational understanding of QA systems

* Competent in specification writing, design/drawing for all building types

* Knowledge of health and safety legislation

* Commercial awareness

* Genuine interest and knowledge of sustainable design and low energy building
