ITS are looking for a trainee resourcer to help in our busy vibrant office based in Aylesbury.
You will need to take on the role of assisting the consultants with live jobs, filling the positions and recruiting new candidates for future prospects. You will have access to online advertising, speaking to candidates to find their strenghs and weaknesses and who will be best placed for the position we have available.
You will recieve training throughout your position but good computer skills and good phone manner would be a advantage. You need to have a organised approach to work to be sussessful.
This position will have scope for progression to a recruitement consultant later down the line and in return come with wage increases, good commission structure and bonus scheme included.
