ITS are looking for an trainee Recruitment Consultant or with prior experience to join our Aylesbury Trades and Labour (TEMPS) team. You must be organised, have great communication skills and always be striving to get the best results for your clients and candidates.

You will receive structured training from our in-house professional trainer as well as on-going support and development. You will be running your own desk, sourcing your own candidates and securing your own clients. You will be surrounded by experienced consultants who have been through the same process as you and are always there to help.

As well as a strong starting salary, ITS offer uncapped commission; this means the amount of work you put it will be directly reflected in your wages at the end of the month. We also regularly run incentives including a full 5 star trips abroad if targets are met.

We are continually expanding our business and have been for the last 49 years; we now have 25 offices nationally. We always look to promote from within; there is plenty of opportunity for progression and with our constant expansion, there is a real chance for you to be running your own branch eventually!
